Alan Watt is a Solicitor and Notary Public.
Alan founded Watt Law in 2011 and operated as a sole practitioner from The Centre in Cumbernauld before joining forces with Inksters in 2023.
He is a very experienced litigator dealing with both civil and criminal cases. This includes Family Law, Divorce Law, Children's Hearings, Custody matters, Criminal Law and Employment Law.
Alan has vast experience in Aviation claims being the sole Scottish agent for a well-known budget airline. Alan regularly defends aviation claims.
Alan is also an Accredited Civil / Commercial Mediator and believes that mediation in certain situations can offer the best platform to resolve conflict.
Alan continues to operate out of his office in The Centre, Cumbernauld and is available for meetings at Inksters’ HQ in Glasgow.
