Leaders Council Podcast with Brian Inkster

The Leaders Council of Great Britain and Northern Ireland is currently in the process of talking to leadership figures from across the nation in an attempt to understand this universal trait and what it means in Britain and Northern Ireland today.
Brian Inkster, founder and CEO of Inksters, was invited onto an episode of the podcast, which also included an interview with Lord Blunkett. Both guests were asked a series of questions about leadership and the role it has played in their careers to date.
Host of the podcast, Scott Challinor, commented, "Hosting a show like this, where you speak to genuine leaders who have been there and done it, either on a national stage or within a crucial industry sector, is an absolute honour."

Brian Inkster said, "COVID-19 has created the most trying time I have experienced as a leader since I established Inksters 21 years ago. This, I am sure, is true of most leaders finding a path through the crisis. As we start to come out of lockdown it was a pleasure to share my thoughts on leadership throughout the height of the pandemic and what I think the future may hold."
