Laura qualified as a solicitor in 2008 and specialises in Private Client work. Before joining Inksters, Laura was Head of the Private Client department at a law firm in Edinburgh.
She advises individuals and families on a variety of asset protection matters including:-
- preparation of Wills;
- Inheritance Tax advice;
- preparation and administration of Powers of Attorney;
- planning for potential nursing care costs;
- matters relating to Adults with Incapacity, in particular, Guardianship Orders;
- the creation, management and termination of trusts; and
- administration of executries.
The level of service provided to her clients is of the utmost importance to Laura. Many of the issues on which she advises are extremely sensitive and Laura prides herself on being able to help her clients through the process with ease.
