Jacqueline Harkins
Jacqueline Harkins has over 25 years experience as a solicitor, with a broad background from which she now specialises in Private Client work with Executry administration, preparation of Wills and deeds of Power of Attorney, and Guardianship applications.
She acts as a court-appointed Safeguarder and reports to the court in applications for guardianship and acts in all types of applications under the Adults with Incapacity (Scotland) Act 2000, including the opposition to such applications.
Jacqueline's focus is to understand clients’ needs and tailor and present advice appropriately, with empathy and support at a time when clients are worried, stressed, and vulnerable.
She works closely with Inksters' Elder Law Advisor, JacQui Lochhead.
