First analysis of Crofting Reform (Scotland) Bill

The Crofting Reform (Scotland) Bill was introduced in the Scottish Parliament yesterday and officially launched by Roseanna Cunningham in Inverness today. Brian Inkster considered the main provisions of the Bill as he travelled to Inverness by train today and prepared a Blog Post for The Firm Magazine. That Blog Post was issued from Inverness and published online by The Firm Magazine today. Thus Brian provided one of the first analysis on the Bill.
